U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) offers U.S.-bound travelers preclearance services from Dublin & Shannon Airports in the Republic of Ireland. Through Preclearance, CBP Officers conduct the same immigration, customs, and agriculture inspections of international air travelers typically performed upon arrival in the United States before departure from Ireland. Preclearance leads to faster connections and the ability to exit the airport immediately upon landing in the United States.
